Ink Events will revive the legendary nightclub for a one-night anniversary event this November.

A piece of Toronto's nightlife history is returning for a limited engagement. According to BlogTO, Ink Events is reviving The Guvernment for one night on Nov. 28 to mark the 30th anniversary of the club.

Founded by Charles Khabouth of Ink Entertainment, The Guvernment was a staple of the city's club scene for nearly two decades, operating from 1996 through 2015. BlogTO notes that the venue was known for hosting parties late into the night, standing alongside other now-defunct iconic spots such as Circa, Limelight, and Industry.

For the revival event, the festivities will take place at Rebel Nightclub, which BlogTO describes as the current "crown jewel" of the hospitality company. While Ink Events has announced the date via Instagram, the outlet reports that the DJ lineup and ticket sales have not yet been released.
