Hotels in the U.S. and Canada can now procure an unlimited digital publication platform through a new group purchasing agreement.

PressReader has entered into a partnership with Entegra, which is described as one of the world's largest group purchasing organizations, to bring its digital catalog to the hospitality sector. According to reporting from the Financial Post, hotels across Canada and the United States can now source PressReader's platform through Entegra alongside other operational products and services.

The agreement allows hotels to provide guests with unlimited access to a variety of books, puzzles, and thousands of international and domestic magazines and newspapers via their own devices. Ruairáí Doyle, CEO of PressReader, stated that the partnership is intended to help hotels streamline operations while providing guests with unlimited access to publications during their stay.

Jeffrey Simmons, Vice President of Supply Management, noted that the addition of PressReader to the portfolio allows clients to use technology to meet rising customer expectations through personalized guest experiences. Simmons further indicated that PressReader's focus on digital innovation and sustainability made them a natural partner for Entegra and Sodexo. The partnership also provides hotels with access to preferred pricing for the digital amenity.
